Reactions:
The top-10 franchises have remained in-tact and in the same order (for now).
Notable changes after the 2015 season include the Houston Texans are no longer in the NFL’s cellar, the Denver Broncos (Super Bowl Champions) are closing in on the New England Patriots for 13th place, the Cincinnati Bengals passed their division rival the Baltimore Ravens (despite being much older), the Minnesota Vikings are closing in on a top-10 spot, although the top-10 remained unchanged, and the Green Bay Packers only furthered their lead atop the ranking. The Miami Dolphins continue their slide down these rankings, but the Carolina Panthers are rising quickly.
